Olive Cream Chicken


Cream 1 1/2 cups
Boneless chicken breast 2
Olive 1/2 cup
Oil 1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Crushed black peppercorns 1/2 teaspoons
Lemon juice 2 teaspoons
Refined flour 1 teaspoon
Garlic 5-6 cloves
Onion 1 medium
Green cardamom 6-7
Chicken stock 1 1/2 cups
Mint leaves 10-12
Red chilli flakes 1 teaspoon



Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Place chicken breasts on a plate, sprinkle salt, crushed peppercorns and 1 tsp lemon juice and spread it on both the sides.

Sprinkle refined flour and apply it all over. Place these in the pan and cook, turning sides, till both sides are a light golden.

Chop garlic and onion finely. Remove the chicken breasts onto a plate and add green cardamoms to the pan and sauté till light brown.

Add garlic and sauté till light brown. Add onion and sauté till soft. Add chicken stock and mix well.

Cut the chicken breasts into big pieces. Chop the olive and add to the pan. Add chicken and mix well. Cook on medium heat. Chop mint leaves finely.

Add remaining lemon juice, a little salt, chilli flakes and cream to the pan and mix well. Add mint leaves and mix well. Serve hot.

They are super soft and can be served with different dishes. I have prepared these buns eggless and gave a milk wash. Mini Eggless Bread Buns or Pav tastes milk sweet as I have added milk powder in it.

All Purpose Flour or Maida : 2 cups

Milk Powder : 2 tbsp

Salt : A pinch

Warm Milk : 3/4 cup

Instant Yeast : 2 tsp

Soft Butter : 2 tbsp

Sugar : 1 tbsp

Flour : for Kneading and dusting

Milk : For brushing

Butter : for Brushing

Butter : for greasing the pan

  1. Take bowl pour the warm milk (temperature should be between 100 degree to 110 degree). Add instant yeast and sugar. Whisk it and keep it aside for 10 mins to active yeast.
  2. Take a big bowl , add flour, milk powder and salt. Whisk it to mix well.
  3. After 10 mins the yeast will active and you will be bubble on the top of yeast mixture. Add the milk yeast mixture in the flour.
  4. Knead very well for 15 mins, it will be a sticky dough.
  5. Add soft butter and knead it for another 10 mins.
  6. Once the dough is ready keep it in a greased bowl, cover and keep it in a warm place for 1 hours to rise.
  7.  After 1 hours you will see the dough is risen double than its size. Punch it and release the air.
  8. Make a mini size balls with the dough , you will get 16-20 ball.
  9.  Place them on a greased baking tray. Cover them with damp cloth and keep it aside for another 1 hour.
  10. After a hour brush them with milk.
  11. Preheat the oven for 200 degree C for 10 mins. Bake them for 15 min for 200 Degree C.
  12. Fresh super soft Mini Eggless Bread Buns are ready. Cool them on wire rack. Serve them as you wish.

Fresh Tiger Prawns or Lobster : 800 gms (cleaned, de shell and de vein )

Onion : 3 big size (grind it with 2-3 tbsp of water and make it a paste)

Sugar : 1 tbsp or as per taste

  1. First clean and marinate he prawns with little turmeric and salt. Keep it aside for 10 mins
  2. Heat oil in the frying pan and fry the prawns lightly. Just for 2 mins medium flame. Keep the fried prawns aside
    Heat a wok and add 3-4 tbsp of oil. Add bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves. Fry for 30 seconds

Then add onion paste and stir continuously. Fry the onion paste till it turns brown and raw smell of onion disappears.
Then add ginger paste, garlic paste and green chillies. Fry it for 2-3 mins.
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder and salt. Sauté for 2 mins.
Add chopped tomatoes and fry for 2-3 mins or till the tomatoes soften.
Add freshly grated coconut. Add light water if needed. Fry till all the masala get mix.
Slow the flame and add coconut milk and sugar. Bring it to shimmer.
Add fried prawns and cover the wok with a lids. Cook the curry for 5 to 10 mins in low flame.
Add garam masala powder, ghee and chopped coriander leaves.
Chingri Macher Malaikari Recipe is ready to serve. Serve this delicious prawn curry with hot steamed rice or pulao.

This Pulao recipe is prepared in almost on all occasions. Bengali Vegetable Pulao is prepared with Basmati rice ,which help this dish to get more aromatic. I have prepared this dish with panner or cottage cheese, carrot, french beans,green peas, cashew and raisin, however you can add cauliflower, sweet corns or any of your favorite vegetables.

This Indian Pulao or Bengali Vegetable Pulao Taste mild sweet and this rice dish can be served with any spicy vegetarian curry or non vegetarian curry. Basmati Rice : 600 gm

Paneer : 100 gm

Carrot : 1 cup cut into cubes

French Beans : 1 cup cut into half inch

Green peas : 1 cup

Cashew : Half Cup

Raisin : Half Cup

Ghee : 4 tbsp

Cinnamon sticks : 2

Cardamom pods : 4-5

Cloves : 4-5

Bay leaves or Tej patta : 2

Green chilli : 2 chopped

Oil : 2 tbsp

Salt : To taste

Sugar : 2 tbsp (you can adjust with your taste)

Water : if 600 gm rice is equal to 4 cups than the water will be 7 same size cup. The water level should be 2 inch above rice.

Bengali Vegetable Pulao

  1. Wash the rice properly and soak it in water for half an hour.
  2. Heat oil and ghee in a deep vessel. Fry the cashew till light brown and keep it aside.
  3.  Cut the panner into small cubes and fry it till light brown in colour. Keep it aside.
  4. Soak the raisin in water for 10-15 mins.
  5. In the same ghee oil , add bay leaves, cinnamon sticks, cardamom pod and cloves. Fry for 30 sec.
  6. Drain the water from the rice and add the rice in the ghee. Fry for 2 mins on medium flame.
  7. Add cubes carrot and french bean. Fry for 1 mins.
  8. Add water, salt and sugar. Mix well with spatula and cover till it starts boiling.
  9. Then add the green peas and cover it and let it cook on medium flame for 10 mins or till the water evaporates completely and rice is 90% cooked.
  10. Then Add fried cashew, raisin and fried paneer cubes. And Switch off the gas. Cover the vessel and keep it like that for another 10 mins.
  11. Then open the lid and add chopped chillis and lightly mix the rice with a spatula. Don’t over mix it otherwise the rice will break. You can add 1 tbsp ghee from top if needed.
  12. Again cover the lid and place something heavy on the top of the lid, so that the vapor get sealed inside the vessel. This process is called dum process. Keep it like that for another 10 mins. Now Bengali Vegetable Pulao is ready to serve.
  13. Serve this delicious aromatic Pulao with any spicy veg or non veg gravy dish.

Serves: 6 dinner roll or Ladi Pav


Flour : 1 1/2 cup  and also 1/2 cup for kneading

Butter : 3 tbsp (melted)

Egg : 1 

Egg White : 1

Sugar : 2 tbsp

Salt: 1/4 tsp

Active dry Yeast: 2 teaspoon

Milk: 1/2 cup

Process to active yeast : Take 3-4 tbsp of hot water in a bowl, add 1 tsp sugar and 2 tsp yeast. Stir well so that the yeast dissolves completely. Cover and keep it aside for 10 mins. After 10 mins you will get the activated yeast.

1. Take a bowl, add milk and melted butter. Stir well and keep it aside.

2. In another bowl add flour, sugar and salt. Mix it well.

3. Add yeast on the flour mixture and mix it with a wooden spoon.

4. Add 1 whole egg and milk butter mixture. Stir well with a wooden spoon, till it turns into a sticky dough. 

5. Cover it and keep it in a warm place for 1 hour. Let it rise until doubles in size

6. After 1 hour punch the dough with your hand and knead it for 1-2 mins.

7. Again cover it and keep it aside for 30 mins. Let it rise again. After 30 mins knead the dough for 2-3 mins to make a smooth dough.

8. Sprinkle some flour on a broad and take out the dough. Divide it into 6 equal portion.

9. Shape the dough like a ball and placed the them on a greased baking tray. Keep it aside in a warm place for 30 mins.

10. After 30 mins preheat the oven at 180 degree centigrade for 5 mins.

11.  Brush the rolls with egg white and bake it for 15 mins at 180 degree centigrade or till the top becomes golden brown.

12. After 15 mins again brush the dinner rolls with egg white and bake it for 1 min. Delicious soft Homemade Dinner Rolls or Ladi Pav Recipe are ready.

Today I like to share a delicious muffin recipe which is Banana Chocochip Muffins. Muffins are usually eaten during breakfast and breakfast should be healthy. These Muffins are prefect breakfast dish. Banana Chocochip Muffins are prepared with ripe banana and choco chip. In these recipe I used ripe bananas that turn brown in colour and we can mash them easily. Here I have used dark semi sweet Choco chip use can use any choco chips which you like. You can also Chopped the Chocolate Bar into small chunks and use here instead of choco chips. This muffin recipe is very easy and we can prepare them mixing by our hand with the help of hand whisk and spatula.

Refined flour / Maida : 1 cup + 3/4 cup

White Granulated Sugar: 1/2 cup

Light Brown Sugar : 1/4 cup

Vanilla Essence or Extract : 1 tsp

Choco Chips : 1/2 cup

Ripe Banana: 3

Banana Chocochip Muffins

  1. First pre heat the oven to 180 degree C.
  2. Sieve flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt for once and keep it aside.
  3. Take a big bowl, add the flour mixture, sugar and choco chips. Mix it well with a spatula.
  4. Then mash the banana with a fork and put it in a bowl. Add eggs, melted butter and vanilla essence. Combine all together to form a smooth liquid.
  5. Pour this liquid mixture on the dry ingredients (flour mixture). With the help of spatula fold in the flour till everything combine well to form a thick chunky batter.. Do not over mix the batter as that will make the muffins rubbery.
  6. Now line 12 paper liner on the muffin tray. Fill each of the liner with one scoop of batter.
  7.  Bake the muffins for 20-25 mins. Check the Muffins with a tooth pick by prick it in the center of muffin till it come clean.
  8. Once it is done place the muffins on wire rack for 10 mins to cool.
  9. Delicious moist crunchy Banana Chocochip Muffins are ready to serve. You can store them on air tight container or freeze them. However the crust will become soft after you cover and store them.

Today i like to share one of the healthiest South Indian breakfast dish called Rava Upma or Suji Upma or Semolina Upma. Rava is a healthy ingredient which is a wheat product and it is also known as suji in Hindi or semolina in English. Rava Upma is prepared with dry roasted rava and vegetables. This dish can be prepared within 10-15 mins.

Rava Upma is a popular Breakfast item in the Tiffin center (small food joint)  found in South India. We can make various dish with rava such as rava laddu, rava kheer etc. Even we can prepared this Upma dish with various ingredients as such Poha, oats, bread etc.

Bombay Rava or Suji or Semolina : 1 cup

Onion: 1 chopped

Green peas : 1 cup

Tomato : 1 Chopped

Ginger : 1 tsp finely chopped

Roasted Peanut : 2-3 tbsp

Roasted Cashew : 4-5 tbsp

Urad Dal or Green Lentil : 1 tsp

Chana dal or Split and skinned Black chickpea lentil : 1 tsp

Curry Leaves : 10-12

Green Chilli : 2 chopped

Oil : 1 tbsp

Ghee : 1 tsp

Mustard seeds : 1 tsp

Lemon juice : 2 tsp

Salt : To taste

Sugar : 1 tsp

Water : 2-3 cups

Pickle : As required

Rava Upma

  1. Heat a wok. Dry roast the Rava on low flame till it turns light brown. Keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, wait till it starts crackling. Then add curry leaves, urad dal and chana dal. Fry for 30 sec till the lentils turn light brown.
  3. Add chopped onion, chopped tomato and chopped green chilli. Fry for 1 min.
  4. Then add peanuts and cashew. Fry for another 1 mins.
  5. Add 2-3 cups of water, sugar and salt. Wait till the water starts boiling.
  6. Add the roasted Rava. And stir continuously. Rava tend to soak water very quickly. If needed add little more water.
  7. When the water starts evaporating , add ghee and mix well.
  8. When the Upma becomes little dry. Serve it on a plate. Rava Upma is ready.
  9. Serve this Rava Upma with pickle and chutney.

Today I like share a hot favorite dish among kids is Homemade Chicken Burger. Chicken Burger is prepared with Chicken mince which is marinated with various ingredients. This home style Burger is a very healthy recipe and you can add your favorite veggies of your choice.

Kids love eating fast food which is not very healthy, but if you make the same food at home in a healthy way, both mother and child will be satisfied. My son loves chicken and but not so very fond of vegetables. So I have added finely chopped veggies in this Chicken burger, which makes this Burger Healthy for kids. By this way you can make your kids having vegetable without knowing it.

Recipe Type : Snacks

Serves : 8 Burgers



Chicken boneless : 500 gms

Soy granules : 1 cup

Carrot : 2 medium size(finely chopped)

Capsicum : 1 (finely chopped)

Onion : 1 ( cut into cubes)

Ginger : 1 tsp finely chopped

Garlic : 1 tsp finely chopped

Egg : 2

Mixed herbs : 1 tsp

Salt : To taste

Pepper powder : 1 tsp

Burger bun : 8

Tomato : 1 ( cut into round slice)

Cucumber : 1 (cut into round slice)

Onion : 1 (cut into rings)

Butter : 2 tbsp

Oil : 1 tbsp

Mayonnaise: 4 tbsp

American Mustard sauce : 2 tbsp

Cheese slice : 8

Vinegar : 1 tsp

Lettuce leaves : As needed ( i have not added as lettuce was not available but if you get it add this leaves)

Tooth pick : 8


Chicken Burger

  1. Wash and clean the Chicken. Cut it into cubes. Add 1 tsp vinegar and keep it aside for 5 mins.
  2. Take a grinding jar. Add chicken cubes,onion cubes, chopped carrot, chopped capsicum and soy granules. Add salt and pepper. Start grinding it till everything mixed properly.
  3. Then add chopped ginger and garlic, break the eggs onto the mixture and mixed herbs. Grind it again for 30 sec.
  4. Once the grinding is done. Take out the Chicken mixture on a plate. Wet your hand with water and form medium size ball with the mixture. Press it little to give the shape of Burger.
  5. Keep the Burgers in the refrigerator for 30 mins or you can wrap it with cling wrap and store it till you want to make the Burger. You can store it for 1 day in refrigerator.
  6. After 30 mins. Take out the burger from the refrigerator. Heat a pan , brush little oil. Add the Chicken Burger and fry the both the sides on a low flame. Cook till it turns brown on both the sides.
  7. Repeat this process for all the burgers. Once all the burgers are fried , keep it aside.
  8. Cut all the Burger Buns into half. Apply butter on each of the buns. Lightly toast them in pan.
  9. Now take one half of Bun, add lettuce, sliced tomato, sliced cucumber, onion rings, 1 tsp mayonnaise, 1 tsp American mustard sauce and sprinkle little pepper powder.
  10. Add one Chicken Burger , one cheese slice and cover it with half of bun slice. Put Tooth picks from the top. Chicken Burger is ready to serve.
  11. Repeat this process for all the Chicken burgers. Serve this Chicken Burgers with homemade French Fries.

This Strawberry Cupcake Recipe makes perfect accompaniment to celebrate love. Strawberries are always a symbol of love and in this recipe the surprise part is that, these cupcakes are fill with strawberry jam at the center. These Strawberry Cupcakes are super moist easy to make delicious cupcake. When you bite this cupcake you can feel the surprise taste of strawberry jam which is fill in the center. This is a very easy recipe.

All purpose flour: 1 cup and 4 tbsp
Powdered Sugar: 1 cup and 3 tbsp

Baking soda: 1/4 tsp
Salt: a pinch
Egg: 3 nos
Vanilla essence: 1/2 tsp
Strawberry crush or puree: 5-6 tbsp
Milk: 3-4 tbsp
Strawberry Jam: 4-5 tbsp
Pink gel colour: As needed (very little)

Strawberry Cupcake

1. Preheat the oven into 180 degree C. Line the cupcake pan with 12 paper liners.
2. First take a bowl add all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Sieve the mixture 3 times. This will incorporate air in the mixture.
3. Take another big bowl. Add unsalted butter and powdered sugar. Cream the mixture or mix it till creamy texture with the help of hand mixture or stand mixture.
4. Now add the eggs one by one and add vanilla essence. Mix it till fluffy or frothy consistency. Add the colour and mix it well.
5. Now add the flour mixture and fold it with the liquid egg mixture.
6. Add strawberry crush or puree and add milk.
7. Mix it till all the ingredients incorporate with each other.
8. With the help of a spoon or ice cream scoop half fill the cupcake liner with the Strawberry Cupcake batter. Add 1/4 tsp of strawberry jam at the center and cover it with more batter. (Note: Fill it till 3/4 of the paper liner.)
9. Put it in the oven and bake it for 15-18 mins.
10. Check the cupcakes with a tooth pick by pricking it in the center. If it comes up clean then the cupcakes are ready.
11. Cool it on a wire rack for 10-15 mins.
12. Once these cupcakes are into room temperature. And you can serve it or store it. You can also decorate these Strawberry Cupcakes with icing.

Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp

Soy Sauce : 1 tbsp

Green chilli sauce : 2 tsp

Tomato sauce : 2 tsp

Vinegar : 1 tsp

Black Pepper powder : 1 tsp

Dried Red Chilli paste: 1/2 tsp

Cornflour : 2 tbsp

Egg : 1

Lemon juice : 2 tsp

Oil for deep fry

Oil : 3- 4 tbsp oil for cooking

  1. Take a bowl add the fish cubes. Add ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper and lemon juice. Keep it aside for 10 mins.
  2. Then add 1 egg and half of cornflour. Mix everything together.
  3. Heat sufficient oil and deep fry the fish cubes till it turns brown. Drain the excess oil and take out on paper towel, keep it aside.
  4. Heat 2-3 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add chopped ginger and garlic, fry till light brown.
  5. Add onion cubes, capsicum cubes, tomato cubes and chopped green chilli. Fry for 2 mins.
  6. Add soy sauce,tomato sauce, green chilli sauce, vinegar and dried red chilli paste. Stir well for 2 mins.
  7. Add salt and black pepper powder . Now add the fried fish cubes. Saute for 2 mins.
  8. Take one cup of water and mix 1 tbsp of cornflour. Pour it over the fish. Wait till the gravy thickens.
  9. Add chopped spring onion from top and serve it.
  10. Chilli Fish is ready to serve. Serve it with fried rice or noodles.
